Randy and Dalton will discuss Planning for Today's Family.   This presentation focuses on the importance of understanding the issues that impact seemingly typical clients. Specifically, the discussion will examine non-citizen spouses, blended families, family business continuation, special needs planning, and incentive trusts.  Family structures, which seem typical to your clients, can have a substantial impact on the spouse and kids.   Not addressing common, but complex planning issues, can increase tax exposure, prevent heirs from beneficial governmental support, harm family dynamics, and put family businesses at risk.  This presentation will help you understand what questions need to be asked and what the consequences of not addressing these commons issues might be.
