Creating an ongoing, value added enterprise requires the implementation of a succession plan to sustain and service the great business relationships that have been created over time.  This session will focus on how the Martin family has tackled the issue of succession.  Gean (father/founder), Tony (son/principal) and Todd (son/principal) will share their story on how they have transitioned their business from the founder to the current second generation principals.  With an insurance centric practice, the Martin's will discuss the issues of leadership, training, roles and some of the bumps they have encountered along the way.
